The Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) will be responsible for ensuring the safety and accountability of the residents within our rehabilitation facility, while maintaining a trusting and nonjudgmental demeanor. They will run the front desk and take incoming calls, as well as oversee the residents’ daily schedule, creating a sense of structure for our clients. This includes tracking clients’ activities, meals, chores, therapy sessions, and more.
The RSS will be provided with on-the-job training to administer medication, perform intake for new residents, conduct room checks, and log necessary documentation. This individual should be able to work independently when needed and maintain professional relationships while supporting clients in the facility.
