Child Placing Agency Placement Specialist
Wichita, KS
The Child Placing Agency Placement Specialist accepts referral information from contractors regarding potential placements then coordinates the placements through networking and established community contacts. DCCCA has been a licensed Child Placing Agency in the state of Kansas since 2001. CPA staff work with foster parents to assist in providing the best possible services for children and families. We believe in every child's right to a stable placement with trained foster parents who are dedicated to his or her emotional and physical well-being, their educational opportunity, and permanency with the birth or adoptive family.

Behavioral Interventionist Part-Time
Lawrence, KS
The Behavioral Interventionist (BI) works one-on-one in the home and/or community with youth who struggle with behavioral management to the degree it threatens the stability of their living situation. The families in this program have varying levels of communication, parenting, organizational, and cleanliness skill sets. The BI works with all families, regardless of skill levels, family dynamics or home conditions.

Recovery Support Specialist Full-Time Overnight
Lawrence, KS
**Qualified candidates are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 60/90 days, $250 at six months)** The Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) will be responsible for ensuring the safety and accountability of the residents within our rehabilitation facility, while maintaining a trusting and nonjudgmental demeanor. They will run the front desk and take incoming calls, as well as oversee the residents’ daily schedule, creating a sense of structure for our clients. This includes tracking clients’ activities, meals, chores, therapy sessions, and more. The RSS will be provided with on-the-job training to administer medication, perform intake for new residents, conduct room checks, and log necessary documentation. This individual should be able to work independently when needed and maintain professional relationships while supporting clients in the facility. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong sense of integrity, and want to help others on their road to recovery, you are encouraged to apply! This facility is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Candidates must be able to work holidays and weekends.

DCCCA’s comprehensive continuum of substance abuse treatment and outpatient mental health counseling in Wichita offers gender-responsive and family focused services for both men and women. Substance abuse treatment services include non-medical detoxification, short term intensive and extended stay residential programs, intensive outpatient modalities, outpatient counseling and primary healthcare collaboration. Outpatient counseling for both substance use and mental health needs are facilitated via tele-health technology or in office sessions. DCCCA’s unique gender responsive program provides services to women, women with dependent children, and pregnant women. A licensed childcare, parenting, case management and mental health services are integrated into the substance abuse treatment modalities.

The Behavioral Health Program Manager supports the Program Director or Chief of Behavioral Health Services and assists with program development by establishing protocols and appropriate outcome measures.  The Program Manager directly supervises team members and performs all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DCCCA policy and applicable laws.
