Quality Improvement and Evaluation services at DCCCA perform a variety of functions that support not only our work as an agency, but the work of many of our partner agencies including: NHTSA, KTSRO, the Crawford County Kansas Sheriff’s Department, and the Kansas Highway Patrol.
From data analysis that ensures we are providing the best service possible and always improving our outcomes to providing direct observation seat belt surveys across the state of Kansas, our quality improvement team is dedicated to providing the research, analysis, and support that is essential to the success of our programs.
DCCCA Quality Improvement and Evaluation does not conduct alcohol/drug client evaluations. To schedule an evaluation contact DCCCA’s Lawrence Outpatient Services at (785) 830-3238 and ask to schedule an evaluation.
If you have a project you would like to discuss with DCCCA’s Quality Improvement and Evaluation team, please email Director of Quality Improvement Diane Born at dborn@dccca.org.
