Women undergoing residential treatment at DCCCA First Step at Lake View are finding therapy in The Merc’s Growing Food Growing Hope garden plot. We also appreciate the support from The Merc‘s Nancy O’Connor and Jim Lewis, United Healthcare’s Michael Margherio, student gardeners for their support of this project. Last year, the garden produced 750 pounds of vegetables.
