DCCCA’s Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS) is a one day class that addresses the consequences of alcohol and drug misuse and fulfills the first time DUI offense requirement for the state of Kansas. This 8 hour class is completed in one day, and is held monthly. Topics include: substance abuse education, state laws and guidelines, Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) levels, and the legal consequences of continued violations.
Lawrence: $85 per class. Online registration is available. The class is comprised of two parts, occurring from 9am – 1pm on the first two Saturdays of the month. Holidays may effect this schedule, please check the training registration calendar to confirm the dates of the class. The class is conducted over Zoom. You will receive the Zoom Meeting ID number in the registration confirmation email. You must attend both parts of the class to complete and receive a certificate. Certificates of completion will be provided upon completion of the class.
It is the sole responsibility of the individual to provide proof of completion of the ADIS class to any referring agency or court.
